We hope that you use your bag long enough for it to be in need of some repair. We are happy to do the job for
you, but we believe giving the work to someone local is the best way to go.
If you know of a great local repair shop, please send their name our way so we can recommend them to others. Please contact us if you want us to repair your bag.
How should I store my bag?
Dry and clean your bag thoroughly before you store it, and refrain from keeping it in a humid environment.
What should I do if my bag got wet?
Let it dry slowly, in a warm dry place, without applying direct heat to the leather. When dry, you may use
leather cream or wax to revive and seal the leather. Note that this would, in most cases, darken the colour of
Can I protect my bag against water?
Yes. You may use leather cream or wax to revive and seal the leather. Note that this would, in most cases,
darken the colour of the leather. This is recommended when the leather dries or ahead of a rainy season.
You may also use various water repellent products, such as 3M Scotchguard (different products for leather
and fabric). Make sure to test these applications on a small hidden area before applying it all over.
The leather is scratched easily. Is that normal?
Minor scratches are unavoidable when using full-grain vegetable tanned leather, but they will fade as you use
the bag. Rubbing the leather gently with a cloth or treating it with natural wax will expedite this process.

How do I clean the white leather?
The white leather, unlike all our other skins, is coated with a synthetic layer. Therefore, you may use a damp cloth. If necessary, use a diluted, mild detergent, but make sure to test the soap on a small hidden area before
applying it all over.
How can I take care of the leather?
The leather should be cleaned with a soft dry cloth; No soap, no water. Minor scratches are unavoidable when

Do you provide any warranty?
We stand behind our product’s quality and will take full responsibility for material and manufacturing defects for
a period of 12 months from the delivery date. In such cases, subject to our inspection and approval, we will
repair or replace your product, subjected to stock availability. If a repair or replacement are not viable, we will
credit you for the full amount of the product.
My bag feels quite stiff. Is that normal?
Yes. The wax coating stiffens the canvas. Your bag will get softer the more you use it.

Do your briefcases come with a shoulder strap?
Yes, all our briefcases come with a leather & cotton shoulder straps. A full leather strap, Victor, can be purchased separately.
Are your product designed to fit only Apple computers and devices?
We tailor our product to fit Apple products, however, they can fit other devices as well. Please contact us if you would like to inquire about a specific device.
How do I know the size and weight of a bag?
The dimensions, weight can be found under the Specifications tab of each of the products in the online shop.
How do I know if a product would fit my laptop computer, tablet or smartphone?
A list of compatible devices information can be found under the Specifications tab of each of the products in the online shop. Please contact us if you would like to inquire about a specific device that is not mentioned. You can also filter products by evices in our Shop All page.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been dispatched?
No. Orders can only be modified and cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been already sent,
you may follow our easy return and exchange instructions.
Would I have to pay import duties and taxes?
Your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes charged by the country of destination. Seventy Eight
Percent has no control or responsibility for such additional charges. As the consignee, you will be required to
pay duty and taxes when the goods arrive in the destination country.
Yes. We take full responsibility for any damage or loss of your package until it is delivered and signed for.
If the wrong item has arrived at your doorstep or if the merchandise is damaged, we will replace the it for you
and cover all additional shipping and duty costs. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery date, otherwise we
will not be able to handle your case.

We offer FREE shipping to over 100 countries on all orders.
Orders above US$400.00 are sent with our International Express Courier Service, and orders below
US$400.00 are sent with our International Registered Air Mail service. It is possible to expedite the shipping of
items below US$400.00, for an additional fee. You will be able to select the shipping method during checkout.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to PO boxes. We can only ship to locations where the consignee can personally accept the delivery.

How long would it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders sent with our International Express Courier Service are delivered within 3-7 business days from order confirmation. Orders sent with our International Registered Air Mail service, and delivered within 2-3 weeks.
Would you share my personal information with anyone?
We respect your privacy and will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.
In case you place an order, we will share your shipping address, contact details and order content with our fulfillment center and shipping company.
We do not store any record of your credit card details on our servers and do not share it with anyone.
