SHIPPING
Orders are processed, confirmed and shipped on weekdays only (Mon-Fri). Items in stock are shipped out up to 48 housrs after order confirmation.
 
We provide two shipping options:

• International Free - Delivery within 2-3 weeks -  Items are shipped internationally via registered mail, free of charge. 
• International express - Delivery within 4-7 business days - Items are shipped with a courier service (ussualy UPS, DHL or Fedex). Shipping costs are added to the product price and can be verified upon checkout.

 Once your bag is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation, which includes the designated courier and tracking number.
 
Your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes charged by the country of destination. Seventy Eight Percent has no control or responsibility for such additional charges. As the consignee, you may be required to pay duty and taxes when the goods arrive in the destination country.
 
If, for any reason, you decide to refuse the shipment, You will be charged for all shipping charges (outgoing and return) and for restocking the goods in our warehouse. The total amount would be subtracted from your refund. We will also not be able to refund duties and customs charges or any other taxes if applied.  
 
When possible, we ship our goods using CARBON NEUTRAL services - we pay a little extra to offset the climate impact of the carbon emissions that result from your purchase.
 
BACKORDERS
It is possible to order items that are out of stock. By doing so you would make sure that your desired bag is assembled and kept for you. The bag would be shipped to you as soon as it is ready, which due to the individual nature of our manufacturing could take several months. We will advise the estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.
 
EARLY BIRD AND PRE-LAUNCH ORDERS

Pre-Launch sales offer our selected customers the opportunity to be the first ones to receive our new releases. In addition they enjoy a special introduction price. (Join our mailing list to be among our selected customers).
Early bird orders can be cancelled at any time prior to the shipment of the products. Cancellation fees apply.
After the products are shipped, they are subjected to our usual terms and conditions.
Delivery times vary and could take several months.
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment to make sure your new purchase meets our high standards. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied , feel free to ship it back to us for a refund or an exchange. Please make sure to contact us if you wish to make a return or an exchange. We will send you a return approval note with return instructions.
Returns should be made no later than 20 days of the original shipping date. All returned goods should be unused, in original condition and packed in the original package. Make sure to attach the original packing slip. The package should be sent prepaid , otherwise it will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny credit in case the returned merchandise is damaged or does not meet our return policy. We strongly recommend that you use a respected trackable carrier and that you insure the returned merchandise to its full amount. We can not take responsibility for lost or damaged returned merchandise. In case of an exchange / return, you will be be responsible for all shipping costs.
Please note that only products purchased for their full retail price can be returned or exchanged.
If the wrong item has arrived at your doorstep or if the merchandise is damaged, please advise us within 3 days from the date of delivery. Otherwise we will not be able to handle your exchange / return request.
 
WARRANTY
We stand behind our products and will take full responsibility for material and manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the delivery date. In these cases we will repair or replace your product (subject to our inspection and approval). If repair or replacement are not viable, we will credit you for the full amount of the product. Please note that items under sale/clearance are not covered by our warranty policy.
 
REPAIRS
We hope that you use our product long enough for it to need repair. We will be happy to do the job for you but believe that giving some work to your local repair shop is the best way to go. (Do you know of a great local repair shop? we would appreciate it if you could let us know about it so we could recommend it to others). If you want us to repair the bag for you - contact us for instructions.
If you believe that your product is entitled for a repair under our warranty policy, please contact us for further instructions.
 
PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Pay-Pal payments. We accept various currencies (US$, GBP, GPY, HK$). We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to ensure that your credit card transactions are safe and secure.
